Sierra Renewable Organics Management LLC (SROM) is a partnership between Sierra Renewable Energy, LLC (SRA) and Renewable Organics Management, LLC. (ROM). Sierra Energy Solutions, located in central California, has extensive experience with large renewable energy projects. With their roots in developing solar energy projects, they have built positive relationships with dairy farmers in the region while helping them develop sustainable solutions to their energy and waste management needs. These solutions include anaerobic digesters to help dairy owners manage waste, microgrid power systems/battery systems to power digester plant and provide backup energy, LED lighting retrofit and solar arrays on top of cow sheds to safe space. Dairy farms can successfully operate in California’s volatile regulatory environment with confidence as these solutions are put into practice.

ROM is a developer, owner, operator, and management company specializing in Anaerobic Digestion projects. ROM offers the most comprehensive solutions for the anaerobic digestion (AD) industry across the Western Hemisphere. Since 2005, with the founding of CH Four Biogas, they have grown to become a cornerstone of an industry that creates lasting change in our society. ROM Group has offices and key personnel in numerous locations around the Western Hemisphere. With projects developed owned and operated throughout Canada, the United States and South America, they are the premier digester developer. They have many companies under their umbrella that include developers, engineering services, technology innovation and organic waste management. Together, SRA and ROM created a development-engineering powerhouse to take advantage of the budding CA digester Market.
Meet The Team
Ethan has been active in the anaerobic digestion industry since early 2011 when he came to work on project development and operational management for ROM Group where he worked to develop on-farm, municipal and industrial anaerobic digester projects. In this capacity he developed numerous working relationships with government, NGO’s private sector industry to enhance and progress the industry throughout North America.
Ignacio is a native southern Californian with over 25 years’ experience in Commercial Lending to the Waste Industry nationwide. He holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from CSUF. Ignacio is a Managing Member of TriStar Capital, LLC, and the COO of TA Equipment Finance, Inc. Ignacio is responsible for Business Development for Renewable Organics Management, working on both the financial and management aspects of various AD projects nationwide. He is the COO of Rios Organics Recovery, which operates organics recycling programs and feedstock procurement in the California market.
Jack has over 40 years of business experience. He has founded various companies, focusing on their specialty services of energy management and conservation. His broad range of experiences have qualified him as an expert developer and a team leader offering encouragement and insight for the management personnel. Utilizing a collaborative approach, Jack has created startup businesses and significant projects.
